許琪, 女,伟德BETVLCTOR教授,食品衛生與營養學教研室主任,兼任中國營養學會營養與免疫分會常務理事,中國營養學會營養與保健食品分會委員,上海營養學會理事,上海醫學會腸外腸内營養分會,上海中醫藥學會養生康複分會委員。中國注冊營養師,美國注冊營養師。《Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition》 (亞太臨床營養學雜志)編委,《Int J Vitamin Nutr Res》、 《Food&Function》等雜志審稿人。美國愛荷華州立大學營養學毒理學雙博士;愛荷華州立大學生物醫學和美國波士頓大學英語教育學雙碩士;上海第二醫科大學臨床醫學學士。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、上海市自然科學基金等;第一或通訊作者(含共同)發表論文16篇,其中SCI收錄12篇。曾獲上海中醫藥大學我心目中好老師提名、上海中醫藥大學雙語競賽一等獎、上海中醫藥大學對外金牌教師、上海中醫藥大學金牌教師等教學榮譽。研究方向為營養與抗衰老。
